The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must also include proof of purchase or invoice.

If your return is due to product quality issues, please include photos and a description of the issue.

3. Return Procedure

Please contact our customer service team by email or phone with your order number and reason for return.

Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days and provide return instructions.

Please return the product to our designated warehouse address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to a product defect or company error.

4. Exchange Process

To exchange an item, please follow the above return process and specify the model or specifications of the item you wish to exchange when contacting customer service. Shipping costs for exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt for eligible items. Refunds will be made to your original payment method; please allow for bank processing time.
